Responsibilities

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial transactions of the Township of Warren. The responsibilities include:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Assistance in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Custody and investment of all Township funds
  • Maintenance of all financial records including a complete general ledger
  • Managing grant and debt service
  • Preparation of payroll for Township employees
  • Processing accounts payable in accordance with state and Township regulations
