Tennis Lessons will be offered by,
Veteran instructor, Steve Levin assisted by a High School Varsity
player.
These 6 week instructional courses are designed to teach the
fundamentals of tennis in a fun atmosphere. Maximum number of 6 students
per instructor/12 students per class. Your child will be placed in a
group of 6 with similar abilities.

-14 & Adults 15+

TENNIS LESSONS
WHEN:
2010 Spring,
Summer and Fall (signup all at once) Signups begin March 31 for
Warren Residents (Non Residents: April 8 for Spring, June 7 for
Summer and Aug. 30 for Fall). Must show proof
of resident first day.

Municipal Complex Tennis Courts (Bardy Rd)
COST:
Residents $95
per session; Out of town fee $20 extra – NO REFUNDS
REGISTER:
ONLINE with Visa/MasterCard or, if you prefer to register by mail,
complete the Universal Registration

REQUIREMENTS:
Fill out a Medical Treatment Authorization
Form.
Each student must contribute one unopened can of Tennis Balls at the
first class, bring their own racquet and wear sneakers.
Your child will not be allowed to participate if
they do not have sneakers.

of website. www.warrennj.org Go to Recreation/forms. Or they are
available at the Recreation office at the above address. If you signup
online the medical form will be emailed to you.
MAKEUPS:
Rainy day make-ups are held on the following Thursday. Because of
the difficulty making up classes we cannot guarantee that your class
will be made up if you do not show for class. Our instructor will do his
best to make it up.
