New Jersey American Water Alert Notification

New Jersey American Water will be temporarily changing its water treatment process at Raritan-Millstone and Canal Road water treatment plants from a chloramine (combined) residual to a free chlorine residual. This change will take place beginning February 1, 2012 through March. During this time period, customers may notice increase in the taste and smell of chlorine in the water.This is a normal and will only be temporary.

REMINDER

The Township requires permits for all sheds, fences, signs and tree removal.

Application forms may be obtained at Forms or may be picked up in the Planning/Zoning office on the first floor of the Municipal Building.  The fee is $25.00 for each permit.  The Zoning Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays) to answer questions and receive zoning complaints.
